Properties for Sale and Rent
LINC acquires, redevelops, and sells several homes annually. Each home is completely renovated using new, modern, and energy efficient materials.
Our home ownership program is designed to offer incentives to attract a diverse pool of home buyers -- both buyers that have a choice and buyers that need a form of subsidy.
Because there are other agencies that do new construction, LINC focuses only on rehab.
LINC is currently marketing four single family homes listed under "Homes for Sale" to low and moderate income homebuyers. If you are interested in purchasing one of these homes, please see the Homebuyer Program information sheet and contact Stephanie Gingerich for more information.
As with all our development programs, LINC maintains our intentional focus on using local builders and suppliers, making sure jobs and dollars stay in our community.
Contact Alisa White at 616.451.9140 or firstname.lastname@example.org to find out about financing options available to you.
LINC owns and manages 171 affordable rental units. LINC apartments were built or renovated using a variety of State and Local funds which ensure that they will remain affordable for the next 30 years!
These apartments not only provide newly remodeled, affordable places for residents of limited income to live, they also represent a $15,200,000 investment in the community. LINC intentionally uses local contractors and suppliers to ensure that the development dollars stay in the community.
