Townhomes unveiled; $10M phase 2 on tap

Details of two major development projects in Grand Rapids -- one completed and the other on the horizon -- were unveiled Thursday.

LINC Community Revitalization Inc. first cut the ribbon on nine townhomes in its Southtown Square development in the Madison Square neighborhood.

LINC then announced Phase 2 of the project, which includes plans for construction of a $10 million business and residential development in the Southtown neighborhood. Stay with 24 Hour News 8 throughout the day for more information.
