Rent LINC space in Madison Square and revitalize from within.
‘Tis the season for retail space! We’re shaking things up in the Madison Avenue business corridor and are looking for businesses that are interested in newly renovated spaces.
There is space opening up in the LINC Business Center and some others along the street near the intersection at Hall. We even have some space in the LINC Development Center – right in the heart of Madison Square.
The square footage ranges from 300 ft. to 700 ft., and the price ranges accordingly. And needless to say the management is hassle-free, with LINC’s Economic Development Director Jorge Gonzales running the show. Any business that rents from LINC is also able to take advantage of free business classes.
Our neighborhood belongs to the community, and we want to see the businesses owned by the community, too. It’s time to support Madison Avenue with a strong local economy. Revitalize Madison Square, and make our business district an integral part of the community.
